Shortcuts: COM:AN/B • COM:AN/P • COM:RFPP

This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reports@wikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergency@wikimedia.org.

Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard.


Report disputes with users that require administrator assistance. Further steps are listed at resolve disputes.


Reports that do not suit the vandalism noticeboard may be reported here. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.


Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

I would like to request the editing protection on the following two files be lowered. They have not been subject to dispute in quite some time and I believe the protection is no longer necessary.

I would like to request the protection be lowered further, as I wish to perform a rename on the two images to match them up with the other presidential flags which have a standardised naming format. Please block Special:Contributions/Abenyuaaa. I guess this account is sockpuppet of Sidowpknbkhihj (w:ja:LTA:HEATHROW), cross-wiki long-term abuse. This account uploaded File:日本の地震予知体制.gif, but this file is reproduction from website on a ministry of Japan; this time, reproduction from Geospatial Information Authority of Japan. In addition, this picture is about earthquake prediction, so the editing field is same as what this LTA has been done. For your information, this file has been added in jawiki article w:ja:地震予知, but I guess that IP (Famima Wi-Fi) has been usually used by him and for example w:ja:Special:Contributions/210.248.148.138 has been blocked in jawiki. --郊外生活Kogaiseikatsu (talk,contribs) 15:17, 22 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Jimmy kumar Lal (talk · contributions · Move log · block log · uploads · Abuse filter log)  is clearly a sock of TajPharmaImages (talk · contributions · Move log · block log · uploads · Abuse filter log)  (and older accounts such as Tajpharmagroup (talk · contributions · Move log · block log · uploads · Abuse filter log) ), who has been promoting a company called Taj Pharma on Wikimedia sites for at least ten years and whose socks have been repeatedly indefinitely blocked here and/or globally locked.
