What should be the target of this redirect?

Because of how it is recognized internationally and in the United Nations, and even, to an extent, inside many offices in Kabul, Afghanistan itself (e.g. the Afghanistan Cricket Board, which uses the tricolor flag as the primary country flag), I prefer to redirect it to File:Flag of Afghanistan (2013–2021).svg.
