Category:Mosque decorations by country[edit]

Well, all categories you've mentioned are generic, not necessarily mosque or Islamic related. I know that now the vast majority of mosque decorations are outside, but the same situation is with equivalent category Category:Church decorations. I've found specific category named "decorations of X mosque" and therefore I created it. --Orijentolog (talk) 00:06, 10 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I think they're all fine, it should be in because many similar cats follow that model. Regarding that issue, recently I used Italian model for "art...Iran by city" case, there are three different categories: of, in and from. Now that's a mess, but there's no better solution... --Orijentolog (talk) 00:18, 10 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Orijentolog: Well, someone keeps moving my "in"s to "of"s! Does Category:Prayer halls in Pakistan go into Category:Architectural elements of mosques? Krok6kola (talk) 00:25, 10 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Nope, prayer halls should be also used for non-Muslim prayer halls. --Orijentolog (talk) 00:28, 10 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Orijentolog: Ok, I did not know. Thanks, Krok6kola (talk) 00:33, 10 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Not sure at the moment, but I'll search later. --Orijentolog (talk) 09:17, 12 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I found its "younger brother" here. :) --Orijentolog (talk) 16:29, 20 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Orijentolog: But what is its architectural name? Krok6kola (talk) 17:07, 20 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Still don't know. :/ --Orijentolog (talk) 17:11, 20 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Filemover rights?[edit]

Have you considered asking for filemover rights? You seem to be making a lot of move requests and as far as I can tell, your requests are generally reliable and well founded, so I would assume it would be simpler for you to just move the files yourself. Commons File mover.svg

Hi Krok6kola, you're now a filemover. When moving files please respect the following advice:

  • Use the CommonsDelinker link in the {{Rename}} template to order a bot to replace all ocurrences of the old title with the new one. Or, if there was no rename-request, please use the Move & Replace-tab.
  • Please leave a redirect behind unless you have a valid reason not to do so. Other projects, including those using InstantCommons, might be using the file even though they don't show up in the global usage. Deleting the redirects would break their file references. Please see this section of the file rename guideline for more information.
  • Please know and follow the file rename guidelines.

Hyderabad Tombs of Talpur Mirs renames[edit]

Should you continue abusing your recently gained file rename right, I will remove it. PK Hyderabad asv2020-02 img12 Talpur Tombs.jpg (and others) are in no event a meaningless file name and do not qualify for the 2nd criterion. Thanks. --A.Savin 19:49, 29 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@A.Savin: I use Criterion 4 which I believe is useful for presenting images to users in a coherent manner i.e. in a way that they can understand what the different images present. Thanks, Krok6kola (talk) 19:56, 29 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
So do I. My pictures are all have a meaningful name, and are part of a set that should not loose its naming scheme just because you don't like it. --A.Savin 19:58, 29 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@A.Savin: Shall we ask a neutral party? Your naming scheme does not fit in with the Category:Tombs of Talpur Mirs, Hyderabad. Thanks, Krok6kola (talk) 20:03, 29 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
There is no guideline stating that a file shall be named just like the other files in a particular category. There is only a guideline that files should not have meaningless or misleading names. My files of the Talpur mausoleums are none of that. --A.Savin 20:07, 29 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Uch Sharif shrines[edit]

Hi, you'll probably notice anyway, but please see Category:Temporary cleanup category - Uch Sharif. For me, it would be helpful if you could refrain from moving these specific images, or changing/adding categories while I'm working on them. I'll try to fix things systematically there (including wrong image usages on enwiki etc.) and would lose overview otherwise :) Thanks --2003:E5:3708:200:2855:B345:6A1A:FF3E 07:12, 12 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

File:US Post Office-Winnemucca - Now used as Winnemucca City Hall.jpg[edit]

I responded to your question at the help desk (and I've re-added the categories that you separated). However, I have to comment to you that I don't think that this file qualified for renaming, specifically criterion 2: To change from a meaningless or ambiguous name. Although the title was outdated, it was neither meaningless or ambiguous. The Main Post Office was the actual name of the building; the file was in correct English; and it wasn't an overly generic name. Please don't be too eager to rename files like this in the future. kennethaw88talk 18:38, 12 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Kennethaw88: , I am very sorry. Should I rename the file back to the original? Mostly I copy whatever the uploader has used as a description, but in this case I was in a quandary. Thank you for the advice. I will follow it. Krok6kola (talk) 18:52, 12 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I don't think it's worth renaming, just be a bit more careful. The renaming criteria are designed to be fairly specific in their usage. kennethaw88talk 19:09, 12 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

regarding file:Mora[edit]

File:Mora (502573291).jpg I am not sure what you saw. I see that someone else reverted your edit so it is back to how I finished with it. Are we missing something here? I can also do without your insults along the way. Hmains (talk) 01:29, 9 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Sorry![edit]

Aaah, no problem! :) It happens always, to everyone. Only recently I started to open "architectural elements" category, because I still didn't fix even cities and buildings. For example, not even 920 heritage monuments are completely fixed, and there are over 40,000 registered monuments in total. As well as 70,000 mosques, over a million historical sites (for comparison, three times more than China). Loooong way to go... :) --Orijentolog (talk) 13:55, 16 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • @A.Savin: What exactly do you have in mind here? If you are accusing a longstanding and generally good editor of vandalism, you might at least indicate what edit you are objecting to. - Jmabel ! talk 01:28, 31 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
    @Jmabel: This may help you. --A.Savin 03:57, 31 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@A.Savin: Do I understand that you are saying that asserting that a protest march is a "parade" rather than the more general "event" constitutes vandalism? Sorry, but no. It may even be an incorrect edit, but it is not vandalism. You are an admin. Unless I missed something going on on the page you pointed to (since you didn't specify what edit there you considered vandalism): you should know better than this. - Jmabel ! talk 05:59, 31 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
If the user continues to do this obviously incorrect edit in editwar modus without any explanation, despite the fact I actually explained it to them, this is of course vandalism -- I'm sorry if I couldn't help you here. --A.Savin 14:18, 31 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
    P.S. Might be interesting for E4024 to know. --A.Savin 14:20, 31 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The categorization mistakes I see everyday surprise me, but what surprises me more is the fact that although one or the other of us try to show the correct classification/categorization to some people, they insist in their edits... This year tired us all. I hope we may see less or none of this attitude in 2021. Happy New year to all. E4024 (talk) 14:29, 31 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Can you provide an example, where I reverted a correct edit by Krok6kola and insisted on it? Thanks. --A.Savin 14:36, 31 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
No, I cannot. --E4024 (talk) 14:53, 31 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Again: it may have been a wrong edit, it may even have been dumb edit-warring, but it was not vandalism. - Jmabel ! talk 18:13, 31 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

You are both right; even the three of you. Shall we please close this chapter and enter a New Year in peace? Please. --E4024 (talk) 18:40, 31 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Christian Ferrer: Very enlightening, as is following the links like this one.[1] It helps me put the whole issue into perspective and seeing how others respond I can feel that it isn't only me that is appalled. Thank you very much! Krok6kola (talk) 01:35, 9 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
These were enlightening to me also: Commons:Administrators' noticeboard/User problems/Archive 87 which contains [2] and [3] (in the latter I was wrong although I was advised to move it there from the Help Desk) but I learned a great deal from that mistake. I would value any advice/suggestions you can give me. Best wishes, Krok6kola (talk) 16:41, 10 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Category discussion warning

Saint Jo, Texas has been listed at Commons:Categories for discussion so that the community can discuss ways in which it should be changed. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.

If you created this category, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for discussion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it. If the category is up for deletion because it has been superseded, consider the notion that although the category may be deleted, your hard work (which we all greatly appreciate) lives on in the new category.

In all cases, please do not take the category discussion personally. It is never intended as such. Thank you!

Makli Hill[edit]

Now what you are apparently doing on the tree of Category:Historical Monuments at Makli, Thatta is, creating duplicated categories (of course including COM:OVERCAT violations -- and despite the fact that categories, if ever, should be renamed and not re-created), and moving the files there except those uploaded by me. This is such a disgrace, I simply cannot find the right words for that... --A.Savin 23:02, 25 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@A.Savin: I am way too scared to categorize or do anything to any of your photographs. I know what you do to anyone who even categorizes them, as you did to an editor just this month.[4] I am following List of cultural heritage sites in Sindh and using the cultural monument designations there. Perhaps what you mean to say is that we should discuss this, or consult a third party, or something else. Would I ever dare to do anything that involves your photographs, such as rename their cats? Too frightened. Krok6kola (talk) 23:21, 25 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
And that's the reason for you to create duplicate categories on purpose? How ridiculous. --A.Savin 23:25, 25 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@A.Savin: The term "Makli Hill" is not in general use. All those categories you just changed (arbitrarily and without consensus) rightfully belong in Category:Historical Monuments at Makli, Thatta. Why should editors/users have to go through an extra, useless category to see them? You are just creating another layer of categories unnecessarily, especially when virtually everything there is a tomb and "Makli Hill" is meaningless. There is no special "hill" those particular tombs selected by you are on. Krok6kola (talk) 23:35, 25 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
No answer on what I'm actually talking about? --A.Savin 23:37, 25 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@A.Savin: No answer from you as to my concerns. User:Oursana got threated by you just a week or so ago. Perhaps you acknowledge my concerns are justified?
What are you talking about? Why do you think a category on a necropolis should have all the "tombs" there put under a fake name, some "hill" supposedly there? Should I move all the rest of the tombs there also. Are they all on the "hill". This does not make sense to me. Which "tombs/shrines" are not on the "hill"? Krok6kola (talk) 23:48, 25 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
My point is, that you are creating obviously duplicated categories. On purpose. And letting only my pictures in the old category (hoping that I don't notice/mind/care/whatever). And violating COM:OVERCAT. Both creating duplicated categories and over-categorizing are not allowed on Commons. "Makli Hill" is a category that is perfectly justified, as this is a common locational category for all the monuments. What does it all have to do with Oursana, I sincerely don't understand. --A.Savin 23:58, 25 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@A.Savin: That is your point, not my point. Since I cannot put "your photographs" in the correct category, I was hoping you would move them yourself to the correct category. That way I can avoid being threatened by you.
How is "Makli Hill" perfectly justified? You have put the whole Category:Historical Monuments at Makli, Thatta in Category:Makli Hill? Is that to justify the existence of that hill? So the whole Category:Historical Monuments at Makli, Thatta is on a hill in Category:Hills of Pakistan. "Maki Hill" has one category in it. Why have an unnecessary categories, each with one category in it for the editor/user to have to click through? Krok6kola (talk) 00:18, 26 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
As you might have seen, I didn't revert [5]+[6]+[7] as that was okay; so when will you finally stop this embarassing bullshit that I would not allow to touch my files in general. --A.Savin 01:02, 26 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
What a childish behaviour, unbelievable. --A.Savin 01:35, 26 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@A.Savin: Miracles do exist! For once! We will see if this wonderful (truly wonderful) change will persist. Let's hope for a good new year for us (you an me). Gratefully, Krok6kola (talk) 01:41, 26 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Comment: At least some past accusations of vandalism were clearly wrong. They were content disputes with an admin who mischaracterized Krok6kola's edits as vandalism. I've been over this terrain before. It led to some off-wiki discussion with Krok6kola that probably now disqualifies me from acting as an admin in the question of whether Krok6kola should be blocked or not, but I have to say: it really has looked to me as if at least one admin (not Steinsplitter, by the way, though I believe Steinsplitter has had content disputes with Krok6kola) has been using admin tools and at least threats of blocking to win out in legitimate content disputes. As an admin, if I have had active disputes with any longtime user over content issues, I go to COM:AN/U with any complaint about their conduct and let an uninvolved admin sort it out. Did that happen here, or did this go straight from a content dispute to a block by one of the parties to the dispute? - Jmabel ! talk 15:24, 29 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Jmabel: I have not seen such on AN/U, nor a notice of such here since August 2020, so I am providing notice here that there is a current discussion of this block at COM:ANU#User:Krok6kola.   — Jeff G. please ping or talk to me 15:34, 29 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Jmabel: Steinsplitter has not had any disputes with me that I'm aware of. The two diffs he presented as evidence of violation were both edits of A.Savin and did not involve Steinsplitter in any way at all. Krok6kola (talk) 03:17, 30 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Karez[edit]

Maybe you can help me with this.

There is a tentative World Heritage Site in Pakistan Karez System Cultural Landscape described as "The Karez system of the Balochistan desert is a vibrant example of an ancient and still functional approach to community-based water management in an arid landscape." Unfortunately I can not find any images for this.

There is also a tentative World Heritage Site in Xinjiang, China Karez Wells. "There are The Karez wells in the Turfan (Turpan) area total[ing] up to over 1100 sets, among which 538 sets are in Turfan city, 418 sets in Shanshan and 180 sets in Toksun" among others.

I believe there are images that could be in the site: they are just placed elsewhere.

Are you interested in the subject? Krok6kola (talk) 16:15, 7 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Category:Horse-drawn trams in Florida[edit]

Why did you empty Category:Horse-drawn trams in Florida and blank the category? It seems like an odd move, but I wanted to check with you before I reverted. Pi.1415926535 (talk) 04:50, 18 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Pi.1415926535: Mainly because I am currently in Florida and this category wrongly misnamed images of streetcars as "trams", a term not used in Florida for transportation systems at the present. For example I removed the whole category of Category:TECO Line Streetcar System and Category:Streetcars in Tampa, Florida, e.g.File:TampaStreetcarsAug2008BreezersSecret.jpg, File:Franklin Street, Tampa, Fla (NYPL b12647398-68217).tiff, File:Tecostreetcar.JPG (which is not called a "tram" system, see enwiki TECO Line Streetcar), some files in Category:Ybor City Historic District, e.g. File:Centro Ybor station at ground level.gk.jpg, File:Ybor city tampa shopping square nighttime.jpg, (Any streetcars in Ybor City are part of the Tampa streetcar system.) from "trams".
Also I removed the whole category of Category:Dick Greco Plaza station, e,g, File:TampaAug08GrecoPlazaDomeCarstop.jpg, File:TampaStreetcarsAug2008GrecoPlazaTicketMachine.jpg, (see enwiki Dick Greco Plaza)
Also, I removed File:WDW Main Street horse car.png, File:Main Street, Horse 1.jpg, File:Magic Kingdom - Main Street and Trolley.jpg, File:Main Street, Horse & Carriage 1.jpg, etc. as well as such files as File:Winter Park streetcar.png, File:Palm Beach trolley 1905.jpg,
Disney in Orlando does not use the word "tram". Tampa, Palm Beach and Winter Park do not call their streetcars "trams".
There is a case for a category like "Historical images of trams in Florida" for those images in museums, on postcards, or historical images of trams in Key West, e.g. File:Division Street, Key West Florida Horse Tram at Francis St.jpg, File:Division Street, Key West Florida Horse Tram at Francis St.jpg, File:Key West Florida Methodist Church and Horse Tram.jpg for images over a century old and are called "trams" in their file names. There is no evidence for an active tram system in Florida today.
Sorry if I disrupted anything. It's just that putting the above categories and images under "trams" seemed so clearly wrong to me.

User:Ebyabe is an expert on images in Florida and may be a good source. Best, Krok6kola (talk) 15:47, 18 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Tuvalkin: Yes, because Category:Ybor City Historic District does not have trams. As explained above, Any streetcars in Ybor City are part of the Tampa streetcar system. Walt Disney does have "parking lot trams". Maybe parking lot trams would be a fruitful category. Krok6kola (talk) 16:29, 18 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • (Edit conflict) Your quaint ideas about street railway terminology noted, but irrelevant here: please address them at the proper level (namely, why the heck would Commons category names vary by dialect when they don’t even vary by language?…). Right or wrong you may be, though, it’s not right to misuse categorization of specific files to further a generic point: This may not be a “tram” but it is a “something”, and that something is seen here facing right, with bars on its windows and its fleet number 436, featuring two bogies and two tolley poles, bearing advrtisements, and shown in a 2016 black and white photo. To remove all that info (off this one and off many other such photos?…) is completely unacceptable. I undid your edits. -- Tuválkin 16:36, 18 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • That very same object in Australia is called a tram. Should this slight variance in local usage of the same language be a reason to sever evident categorization nexi and keep photos and other media of the very same object forever separate? (Rhethorical question, as it obviously shouldn’t.) -- Tuválkin 16:50, 18 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • @Krok6kola: I note (though I don't understand) your objection to the term "tram". Certainly some places commonly use other terms - in my city of New Orleans, "streetcar" is near universal, while other cities use "trolley", etc. However you offered no discussion before making radical changes - you could have brought up the issue on a talk page, perhaps offered other terminology or potential new name for categories, but you didn't. Much worse, you simply removed categories and blanked without offering alternatives, making the relevant images unfindable by anyone interested in the subject. Your edits were inappropriate. I have already reverted many of them, and I see some other users have reverted others. Do you see what you did wrong? If you see some terminology you think is not correct, bring it up for discussion rather than simply going on a spree to destroy the work of other editors. Thank you. -- Infrogmation of New Orleans (talk) 17:44, 18 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
    • Note as well that "Horse-drawn trolley" is an inherent misnomer, as "trolleys" are by definition trams with electric overhead wires. -- Infrogmation of New Orleans (talk) 18:45, 18 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Mass deletion requests[edit]

Hi - may I ask that when you nominate many related files for deletion for the same reason, that you make a single mass deletion request? This is response to your nomination of 50 of these files, which is unwieldy and creates effectively 50 concurrent discussions about the same thing. ~Kevin Payravi (talk) 02:12, 1 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

+1 to that. You might want to go back and merge these discussions. If the issue is the same on each of them, and they are very likely to stand or fall together, you only want one discussion. - Jmabel ! talk 14:31, 1 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Kevin Payravi: , @Jmabel: How exactly do I do that? There are several thousand of those pages uploaded by User:DPLA bot in "Media needing categories as of 30 April 2021" that has 17,965 needing categorization. I am sorry I nominated the ones for deletion that I did. But I do not know how to fix it or "merge" them. For the batch task to work for me in the past, it has to be a user who has uploaded relatively few files, not millions as this bot has, so that I can choose the ones for deletion. Can I undo the deletion requests? Krok6kola (talk) 19:15, 1 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Next time, there's this: Commons:Deletion requests/Mass deletion request.
I'll try to get a look at some of what you did & see if I can start on merging, but once you propagate a ton of pages like this it's time-consuming even to clean up. - Jmabel ! talk 21:57, 2 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, I see you've already withdrawn the requests so, no, I won't go attempt further cleanup. - Jmabel ! talk 21:59, 2 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I assume that you're withdrawing all the DRs filed on 30th April? --Minoraxtalk 10:57, 9 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Minorax: I have done so to the extent that I am able. I don't know how to remove them from the "list" but I have individually withdrawn each request. (See Jmabel's comment above.) Krok6kola (talk) 12:26, 9 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Please be more careful about removing categories placed there by presumably knowledgable people.

I've corrected and added detail.

@Jmabel: Ok. But I also am knowledgeable about the coast of Oregon, having lived there. Krok6kola (talk) 18:25, 8 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I didn't know you had. (If I may ask), were you up there on the North Coast, or farther south? - Jmabel ! talk 22:33, 8 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Jmabel: I lived in Portland and Ashland primarily, but did a lot of traveling around. I am shocked at the state of categories for Oregon. In 2017 I made many categories for Oregon (I've come across them) and maybe at other times. Apparently there is little interest in cleaning up the categories. Oregon had parts that were very beautiful, then anyway. There is now a population crunch I hear. Krok6kola (talk) 23:05, 8 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Random categorization?[edit]

Hi. Where did your impression that the image File:3 PISLA DOSHCHU OSTER.jpg should be from the Czech Republic come from? --ŠJů (talk) 18:00, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@ŠJů: Hello. Looking back in my contributions, that image is the only one I assigned to the Czech Republic. And I do not remember why. Sorry for the mistake and glad you caught it. It was among the many, many thousand "uncategorized" images in May. You can look through my contributions and decide if I categorize randomly. I certainly do not think I do. Best wishes, Krok6kola (talk) 19:24, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Krok6kola: Thank You for your explanation. I suspected that the name of the Czech town of Desná (3100 of population) did seduce you, which seems to be more prominently presented in Google than the Ukrainian river Děsna (Десна), 1130 km long. Or it could be a completely inadvertent mistake. It also happens to me sometimes that I find a mistake, I start to get upset about it, and eventually I find out that I myself made that mistake years ago. :-) --ŠJů (talk) 19:38, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Yann: , I will not edit war anymore, although I do not see why that particular image is in 10 categories when no other image of that structure or its subcategories is in more than a couple at most and when the photographer of that image objected on A.Savin's talk page. I have never edit warred with anyone else. The only meaningful "right" you removed was "filemover" when I am amongst the top 30 filemovers on the Commons. See Commons:File renaming/Stats. And with 567,229 edits, I have only had trouble with A.Savin who had me blocked by another Admin (on the basis of 2 edits provided by A.Savin) and who quickly overturned it. (Edit conflict) [9]Reply to A.Savin. Until recently, you had a "joke" about me on your talk page:

Joke — dedicated to "K.". Don't be a dick, don't be like "K.". Please.
Joke. Taken from here, thanks to Nicoljaus or whoever made it up. Translated myself. Dedicated to "K.".

A newly hired clerk just entered the office for the first time.

Boss: So, your task is very simple. At 9 am you turn on the light, at 5 pm you turn it off. Clear?

Clerk: No...

Boss: Well, it's really simple. At 9 am this switch should be up, at 5 pm it should be down. Clear?

Clerk: No...

Boss: Well, may I please know what exactly is unclear.

Clerk: ...

Boss: So, I repeat once again. Turn on this switch at 9 am, turn off this switch at 5 pm. Clear?

Clerk: No...

Boss: Now what the fuck is not clear to you ?!?...

Clerk: Why are you yelling at me? This is against WP:CIVIL, you know?! Admins!!! Help!!!

Yes, I edit warred with you over a photograph File:Harmandir Sahib, Amritsar, India.jpg by Dey.sandip who tried to remove a category "Bathing in regular cloths" you had placed on his photograph but you reverted him. He asked why you did that on your talk page and you replied that he could only remove the category (one out of ten other categories) if he replaced it with another category. I tried to discuss the problem with you but your talk page was fully protected. I brought it up at the Village Pump; the conclusion was that it was a messed up category.

This is the only time I have edit warred.

You have called me a vandal as bad as INeverCry (I think that is the name) who is globally locked, on the basis of two minor category edits when I was new here. and repeatedly threatened to block for vandalism and tried to block me yourself, but failed as an "involved admin". Eventually you got another admin do to so on the basis of those two edits (See Unblock request above:[10]) who removed the block. I have tried to contribute to the Commons as best I can working hard to do good for the project. Although at this point in my life I am not a photographer and I am certainly not a perfect person, but I hope I am not as stupid as you think I am. I was hopeful when you removed the "joke" and now I hope this episode will end our conflict and your animosity toward me. Best wishes, Krok6kola (talk) 00:39, 5 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Kaganer: I am very sorry! Thanks for letting me know. (My excuse: I didn't know about the long term project.) Krok6kola (talk) 00:22, 24 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Category discussion warning

Malot Temple has been listed at Commons:Categories for discussion so that the community can discuss ways in which it should be changed.

Thank you!
