Wikidata Infobox talkpage

Moin Moin Mike Peel, how are you, long time no hear. ;) I have two wishes: 1) Under the talkpage is links to other projects, is it correct what I wrote there and could I put it into the sandbox? 2) The Infobox is more for category pages, right, or how is it, when the people put it on a gallery page. How is the handle? 3) Could you purge all article in "Category:Uses of Wikidata Infobox with no instance of" (172.000 at the moment; it is no fun to work against this) Regards, thank you and if we not hear, a quiet christmas time --Crazy1880 (talk) 18:26, 13 December 2021 (UTC)

@Crazy1880: 1) I need to catch up with the infobox edit requests, will try to get onto that soon. 2) It should work fine on gallery pages, so long as they're connected to Wikidata. I thought about bot-deploying it there as well, but it's more complicated to identify where to put the call compared to the much simpler categories, and often galleries aren't multilingual. 3) Pi bot is going through them now. Moin Mike Peel, thanks that the bot purges the categories he already find 2000 categories, thats good, like i thought. For your request on Wikidata i wrote an comment. Perhaps we can think here how to use the infobox at all? Regards --Crazy1880 (talk) 17:36, 20 December 2021 (UTC)

@Crazy1880: Just bear in mind that the bot purges are really expensive for the WMF servers, so we shouldn't do them very often! Not sure I follow 'For your request ... ' onwards, sorry! Thanks. Mike Peel (talk) 17:44, 20 December 2021 (UTC)
